To address rising electricity costs and reduce the environmental impact of its manufacturing processes,&nbsp;<em>ETNA<\/em>&nbsp;is launching a strategic project to install renewable energy production capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guided by the findings of a recent energy consumption audit, the initiative aims to optimize production expenses, support increased output, and contribute to a more sustainable future. As part of the project, the company will install a 200 kW solar power plant to generate clean, renewable energy on-site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This project is being implemented with financial support from the&nbsp;<strong>2022\u20132030 Development Programme<\/strong>&nbsp;administered by the&nbsp;<strong>Ministry of the Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania<\/strong>, under the economic transformation and competitiveness development programme. It falls within the progress measure&nbsp;<strong>\u201cPromoting the Transition of Companies Towards a Climate-Neutral Economy\u201d<\/strong>, and specifically within the activity&nbsp;<strong>\u201cPromoting the Installation of Renewable Energy Sources in Industrial Enterprises.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Total project value:<\/strong>\u00a0\u20ac152,485<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Funding from the European Regional Development Fund and Lithuanian national funds:<\/strong>\u00a0\u20ac99,739<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Company\u2019s own investment:<\/strong>\u00a0\u20ac52,746<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project is scheduled to run from&nbsp;<strong>July 28, 2023, to July 30, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As we continue to grow, our energy demands have increased significantly due to the expansion of its production operations.
