In modern buildings, as more areas get covered in glass, another concern is glass cleaning. However, advances in technology can offer indispensable innovations such as Bioclean+ water-attracting glass and the ViewClear coating, which helps to prevent unwanted dew from forming on the outer surface of glass.
This is an easy-to-clean, extremely low-maintenance, self-cleaning glass that will change your perspective on window cleaning. This glass is made by coating the glass with a transparent, photocatalytic, and hydrophilic mineral coating. The mechanical, thermal, and acoustic properties of the glass are identical to regular glass!
Advantages of self-cleaning glass:
Low-maintenance glass works by using UV light and water (rain) to effectively remove accumulated dirt and grime (dirty rain marks, atmospheric pollutants, dust, tar and insect residue) from the outer surface of the glass. The more sunlight and rain the glass receives over its lifetime, the cleaner it will stay for longer. However, there are many more factors in the environment – environmental pollution and atmospheric conditions – that affect the glass over time and require natural cleaning. The time it takes for the coating to activate depends on the time of year, the position of the glass, etc., but on average it takes one week.
Bioclean is designed for use on building exteriors in both the residential and commercial sectors, and in the construction of new buildings or the renovation of old ones.
BIOCLEAN glass can be used for:

The ever-tightening requirements for the thermal properties of windows have challenged the glass industry to find a way to prevent condensation on the outer surface of double-glazed windows without compromising the overall transparency of the glass unit. A unique solution is external glass with an anti-condensation coating, which is exactly the product that modern double-glazed windows with particularly good thermal properties need to prevent condensation on the outer glass. The coating of this glass is completely neutral, allowing maximum natural light to enter the interior.
When operating a double-glazed window, condensation on the outer glass surface can occur more than 100 days per year (depending on local temperature and relative humidity). Anti-condensation glass can significantly reduce this phenomenon to a few times per year.
Anti-fog coating is most commonly used for:
